Cancellation Policy
Cancellations will not be accepted within 48 hours before the pickup date.
If you would like to cancel your order and it is within the accepted timeframe, please email info@sonderdessert.com.
Change of Pickup Date
48 hours notice must be given for change of pickup date.
If you would like to change your pickup date, please email info@sonderdessert.com with your order details and new pickup information.
Damages
We do not accept responsibility for any loss or damage incurred after pickup. Please take care in ensuring safe transportation and storage of your cakes after collection.
Delivery
All orders are pickup only from our store in Sunnybank Hills.
Product Ingredients/ Allergens
All of our products contain eggs, dairy, gluten, and may contain nuts unless specifically stated otherwise in the product description.
Storage
Please refrigerate your cakes as soon as possible after collection.
